Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order to us for a  refund, minus shipping cost. Our return policy is effective for up to 7 days of original purchase.

To be eligible for a return you most first email us at merch@spellbound.com, within 7 days of the order received date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly with an RMA Return Number.

Returned items must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and in any applicable original packaging.

Replacement of incorrect item received or damages: To be eligible for a replacement you most first email us at merch@spellbound.com, within 7 days of the order received date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly with an RMA Return Number and a prepaid return label.

Once our warehouse receives your return, it can take 7 - 10 days for us to inspect, process and refund your purchase. After the return has been approved, credit card refunds usually take 1 - 2 business days to be processed by your bank.  We will send a notification when that happens.
